When companies remodel you can use existing ceiling grid and ceiling tile. Have your contractor save the existing ceiling tile and grid. Have them do their remodel work. Repairing the existing grid to match new remodel lay out. Relocate/Reinstall existing tile in a uniform manner as to not mixing new with old tile. New ceiling tile can have a slightly different texture , color due to when it was manufactured dye lot, etc.

We will work with you or the contractor and clean, disinfect the existing ceiling. Saving on the cost of total replacement.

Acoustical ceiling tiles have porous surfaces which become dirty, layer by layer, from the inside out. Microscopic and larger soil particles float in the air and adhere to the inner surfaces – through the pores – and ultimately out to the surface of the tile.

Our process is sprayed in a mist form onto the surface of the ceiling tile where it begins breaking down the surface soil and is absorbed deep inside the tile by capillary action through the pores. Through a catalytic chemical process the surfactants and emulsifiers breakdown the soil layer by layer. The resulting micro dust particles then evaporate down into the atmosphere where they are filtered through the air handling system.
